They are top notch Bikram trained teachers who practice what they preach. My health has improved in so many ways. A past knee surgery and recent car accident caused me to have a great deal of pain and inflammation in my knee and lower back. I have felt healing like never before since practicing consistently 5-6 days a week over the course of around 6 months at this studio. Physically, I am stronger, more flexible, and nearly pain free. Mentally, I feel more stable and at peace since going through an extremely difficult adoption process for my nephew. The expertise of the instructors have also inspired me to be a better yoga teacher to my students. The hour drive that I make to Yoga on the Eastside is well worth it. Among the physical challenges of aging is balance and maintaining flexibility. Bikram has improved my balance and flexibility noticeably. Obviously practicing improves your physical strength but it also improves your mental strength. It allows me to switch off my work brain for 90 minutes and just focus on the challenges of the class. For those 90 minutes the stressors of the very busy work day are put aside and the challenges of the class become the focus.”
